Dawn started in 1980.
Being the mechanical one in the family she went to the service department. Where she 1st started working on small engines and lawn mowers. She then got certified in Mercury, Force, OMC, Johnson, & Evinrude Motors. Through the years there hasn’t been anything that Dawn hasn’t done. For all that know her she is known as “The best Woman Mechanic” Or “The Woman who knows her motors!” Now a days Dawn still is doing everything, you can’t really put into words what she does. From paper work, to scheduling, and still likes getting her hands greasy, Dawn does it all. She is truly the heart of this place.

FUNNIEST/MOST EMBARASSING MOMENT
at Johnson’s Boats & Motors:

While I was pregnant with my first child,( Sarah ) my belly was so huge that I could barely reach the motors to work on them. I couldn’t even bend down to check the lube on the lower units. You couldn’t tell I was pregnant from the back, so the best part was the look on peoples faces when I would turn around and they would realize that I was pregnant!
