Storage Boats need to be in by Oct. 24th, 2026

Winterization: Let us get your outboard ready for our harsh winters! Even if its stored inside!!

Outboard Motors only. We do not winterize in-boards or jet ski's

For 2 & 4 stroke motors we'll stabilize the fuel, run a gas winterize solution thru the engine, fog the engine, change the lower unit oil & washers, grease the zerks.   

• 15 & Below = $85
• 20-35hp = $95
• 40-60hp  = $130
• 70-115hp = $145
• 125-200hp  = $195
• 300hp & up = $200
• Storage Customers  (this is another thing included in your storage cost!)

OIL CHANGES:

We don't automatically do oil changes; your oil doesn't need to be changed every year with the number of hours the normal boater put on their engines. We recommend not going over 3 years for oil life.

But every year is overkill for "normal boaters".  So, we don't automatically put them in our winterizing prices.

We charge by the parts put in, by the amount of oil put in and the cost of the filter. We don't upcharge and just make a general cost as a buy all get all. All outboards are different so why pay the upcharge if you don't need it! Let us know your model & serial number and we can give you a good estimate. We also take our time looking over your motor and making sure if your oil washer needs to be replaced, we do it, or if we notice something else on your engine we will call. We are not an assembly line and take pride in the meticulous work we do.

Acid cleaning for the hull or toons on your boat or pontoon.

Before you store, clean it up for next season!

• Hull of Ski-boat/Fishing Boat: $15/ft.+tax  if its raised and we do underneath)
  $10 if we don't raise it and do sides
• Pontoon logs done last year: $10.00/ft     (2 outside logs and nosecone)
• Pontoon logs not done last year: $13.00/ft   (2 outside logs and nosecone)
• INSIDE & OUTSIDE (RAISING PONTOON)  $16.00/FT
• POWERWASH ONLY (no acid)  $7.00/ft 
• Storage Customers only get $100 Powerwash inside & outside Logs.

Full Service Storage only for Johnsons Boats & Motors boating family!

If you bought a boat from us, you are first in line for this service!

Unfortunately if you bought down the road you don't get our full service storage, that doesn't mean we cant help. We will still Pull it out, winterize and take it to where you are storing it!

Proper storage is crucial for maintaining your boat's value and performance. At Johnson's Boats & Motors, we have a full service storage to protect your watercraft from harsh Wisconsin winters. We do our very best to make sure you have a trouble-free summer on the water!

 Our Full Service Storage includes:

• Secure indoor storage facilities
• Professional winterization procedure inc.;
  fog, lube check & change, run a storage solution thru, Stabil gas
• Installation of your cover
• Motor Service: Spring Run & Check over engine, run storage solution out, make sure everything is A. OK. for the upcoming summer!
• Boat Service: Battery charging, boat electronics check over,
• Trailer Service: grease, air, torque, lights checkup.
• Cleaning: Quick Storage Cleaning included and
  Extra available when requested: detailing, power washing, tube/hull cleaning all available for a discounted rate for storage customers
• Flexible storage durations, we know things happen and we don't make you take your boat when your not ready for it! You just call us and schedule when your ready!

SPRING: When you're ready to get your boat in the water just give us a call , we do require a 2 weeks notice to schedule your pickup. So we have plenty of time to make sure we can get it out & get it ready for you!

Fall: When your ready to take your boat out...
Those with trailers: Bring it in any time before Oct. 25th (remove your removable cupholders so they do not blow out)

Those without, call us and get on the calendar for pickup! Saturdays fill up FAST, so plan in advance.

When you meet us:

- We will go over what's in the boat (take inventory)

Try to take as much stuff out of your boat - Lifejackets either remove or make sure they are dry before you put them in the seat otherwise, they become moldy if we don't catch it in the fall!

-Need anything? Nows when you tell the driver, or when you call to schedule in fall, or drop it off...
anything broken, sound funny, not right, extra cleaning, fix a stich, add any accessories, etc.
You name it, we are here for you! Tubes need cleaned, floor moldy, seats grungy?
